Domestic and Commercial Properties

We offer most general building services needed to maintain, renovate, or add to your property. We provide simple general building maintenance services such as remarking perimeter seals, repointing brickwork, and regrouting tile work. On the other end of the spectrum, we can build loft conversions and extensions. We carry out work for both domestic clients and landlords.

General Building Tasks

We offer general building, bricklaying, stonework and partitioning, plasterboarding, skimming, plastering, rendering, paving, roofing, tiling, wallpapering, and painting and decorating.

GUTTER Maintenance & Cleaning

This is something that we do periodically for clients particularly during Autumn months. Keeping the gutters and rain water down pipes clean and clear is a very important preventative measure to minimise water leakages into a property. Access to the gutters can vary and we have been known to utilise cherry pickers to access tall houses to carry out the cleaning of the gutters.

Plastering and Skimming

Sometimes filling in and sanding down are not enough. In these cases, our skilled plasterers carry out plastering and skimming, leaving the walls and ceilings perfectly ready for further decoration.

Re-Pointing

Where necessary, we hack out blown pointing, prepare areas, and re-point to protect areas and provide an aesthetic appearance.
