Rates – The A.C.E. Group Property Maintenance and Building Services in London

£35 per hour per operative (plus VAT).
The minimum charge is for two hours and thereafter we charge on a half hourly basis.
Travel time: our chargeable time is base to base.
For our local customers who are based within a 2 mile radius from A.C.E., we do not charge travel time.
Congestion charge and parking costs are charged separately.
Cost of materials are charged separately.
For major jobs, estimates are free and for smaller jobs, estimates are chargeable.

In case of larger jobs (central heating, new boilers, etc.) we can provide an estimate with a minimum charge of £85 which will be wavered upon award of work.

EICR is subject to the size of the premises, please see table below: PAT Test £90, EICR, EPC Inspection (1-3 bedroom: £69, 4-6 bedroom: £79)

We will provide plumbing services for a fixed fee of £65 per hour (plus VAT). Materials are charged separately or can be purchased by yourselves.
For larger works we can carry out free estimates. Our charges are competitive and we always take into consideration cost efficiency whilst maintaining our high standards.

We have a fixed hourly rate of £33 per operative (plus VAT) with a minimum of 3 hours of work. Materials are charged separately or can be purchased by yourselves.

We have a fixed hourly rate of £60 (plus VAT). Materials are charged separately or can be purchased by yourselves.
For larger works we can provide free estimates.

For general cleaning, we have a fixed hourly fee of £22 per operative (plus VAT) with a minimum of 3 hours of work.
The rates for carpet steam cleaning will be £75 for the first hour and £44 per hour thereafter (plus VAT) with a minimum of 3 hours.
For window cleaning (externally, we are limited to the first floor or 6 metres) we charge £33 per hour per operative (plus VAT), with a minimum charge of 3 hours. When ladder work is necessary, two operatives will be required to comply with health and safety regulations.
Materials are charged separately or can be purchased by yourselves. We can provide a free estimate for the cleaning services above.
In case of regular communal parts, we can also provide a free estimate.

For larger works such as kitchen renovation, boiler replacement and bathroom renovation, we can provide you with a free detailed estimate and a timeline prior to conducting any work, so you know exactly what the plan is, leaving you in total control of costs.
Our estimates are constructed by closely liaising with yourselves, taking into account your requirements, budget and timeline.
While we try making our service prices as clear as possible, there are situations, such as electrical and heating fault finding, that we simply cannot estimate as accurately as we would like. In those cases, we charge by the hour or by our daily rate.
